After months of hard work, we are excited to officially announce the launch of our newly redesigned website,  We have revamped it with our customers in mind, streamlining menus, simplifying navigation and providing more resources and information on our products and services.

Integrated Live Web Chat

We have integrated a new web chat client directly into the new You will no longer need to chat from an external webpage. If at any time you need to contact sales or support, simply click the chat icon at the bottom right side of any webpage on the new site and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Our sales team typically responds within a few minutes. 
Please note that we operate on Eastern Standard Time, so you may be prompted to leave a message if you attempt to contact sales and support through the chat while outside of normal business hours. 


Information at-a-Glance

We have revamped many of our product listings to give you quicker access to the most relevant product information. The first thing you will notice is the name of the product at the top in the dark gray bar. Under the title, there is a main product image. If applicable, there will be a gallery of images to the left of the main product image. To Enlarge a Gallery Image, simply click the thumbnail and the full size image will appear in the product image section.


We have also added a convenient short description about the product which is located next the main product image. This section will give you a quick, brief description of the product and it’s capabilities. Under the short description, you will see a longer, more detailed section which contains product details and specifications along with frequently asked questions (where applicable.)

Beside the short description, in the pricing and “add to cart” are, you will see a product info video. As you scroll down the page, this entire section sticks to top for your convenience. Please be aware that we are constantly working to add these helpful videos to more products every week. If you see a product that you’d like us to create an explainer video for, please contact us at and we will do everything we can to make it happen in a timely fashion. 

Better Technical Support Integration

One of the things that sets Diesel Laptops apart from everyone else is our unmatched Technical Support. Our support staff is comprised of a mix of both experienced Diesel Technicians and Certified IT Professionals, ready to help you troubleshoot any hardware or software issue. We have several bilingual Technical Support staff members to assist our Spanish and Portuguese customers.
