DieselCare is a brand new service from Diesel Laptops that protects your professional diagnostic tool from accidental damage, loss and theft for less than $1 a day. DieselCare offers added premium coverage that goes beyond any other warranty or support package being offered today. While our Level Three Support Packages offer replacements for laptops and components due to defects, they do not cover accidental damage, complete loss or theft. For that type of premium coverage, you will need DieselCare. 

What do you get with DieselCare?

DieselCare grants you up to two free replacement diagnostic kits if you experience EXTREME circumstances that go beyond typical warranty coverage. This deal covers the following:

  • Accidental Damage (device being run over)
  • Complete Loss (fire, flooding, electroshock, etc.)
  • Stolen Equipment


Eligibility & Terms

All diagnostic kits that contain TEXA or Cojali software (listed below) are eligible for this program.  You may purchase a DieselCare plan only at the following times:

  • With the initial purchase of your TEXA or Cojali Kit.
  • Up to 90 days after the initial purchase of your TEXA or Cojali kit.
  • When purchasing a renewal for your TEXA or Cojali Kit.

Please not that your coverage starts and continues 12 months after the purchase date.

Customer Responsibility

To use the service, you will call our technical support number and ask to file a DieselCare claim (soon, you will be able to do this on our website in a later update.)

Also, note that for all claims, we will request verification of the damage, complete loss, or stolen equipment. Examples of proof include your providing us pictures, police reports, or signing an affidavit. While not required for each claim, Diesel Laptops does retain the right to request these items.
