TEXA Truck Diagnostic Support Package

The TEXA Truck software package will never expire, but updates are only free for the first year. After the first year we offer several options for our customers, which we will outline here. It needs to be noted that when people first think “updates” they assume it means that updates are for newer equipment only. This is not true in the case of the TEXA. Previous updates have expanded the product line by adding coverages for ThermoKing, Ford Diesel F250-F550, Chevy Diesel, and Dodge diesel engines to just name a few. New features are also constantly being added such as the VIN decoder, technical information, and computer-less road trip feature. Level 1 – Basic

This package includes the following:

  • 12 Months of Updates for TEXA Truck Software
  • 12 Months of Updates for DTC Solutions
  • Basic support for connection & software related issues.

TEXA Truck Level 1 (Basic) support package is $795 and available for purchase on our website.

Level 2 – Standard Support

Our Standard Support level gives increased technical support to our clients.

  • 12 Months of Updates for TEXA Truck Software
  • 12 Months of Updates for DTC Solutions
  • Basic support for connection & software related issues.
  • 12 Months of Updates for Knowledge Base/Service Manuals
  • Advanced diagnostic support for help with obtaining additional diagnostic troubleshooting, repair information, wiring diagrams, or whatever else you need to troubleshoot a truck properly
  • Advanced PC support which covers virus removal, Windows related issues, and other PC related problems
  • FREE Next Day Air shipping on replacement parts (Customer is responsible for cost of the parts)

TEXA Truck Level 2 (Standard) support package is $995 and available for purchase on our website.

Level 3 – Premiere Support

Our Standard Support level gives increased technical support to our clients.

  • Advanced PC support which covers virus removal, Windows related issues, and other PC related problems
  • FREE Next Day Air shipping on replacement parts (Customer is responsible for cost of the parts)
  • FREE Replacement Laptop every 3 years
  • 100% Warranty Coverage on your laptop and TXT hardware. This does not cover abuse/damage, only failure in workmanship or defects.

TEXA Truck Level 3 (Premiere) support package is $1,195 and available for purchase on our website.

TEXA Truck Hourly Support

We understand that customer don’t want to purchase an support package, so we have an option for that too. At a current rate of $80 per hour our Technical Support staff is available to help you with any issue. You must purchase 1 hour at a time, and we do our billing in 30 minute increments. Also note, that when you choose to not stay current on software it limits our ability to provide technical support. TEXA doesn’t allow us to submit case files unless customers are on the most current version of software, and it is possible that an update may fix your issues.
